Dr David Diamond explains that the ketogenic diet is something that we should not fear because ketones are good for the body.
He goes on to say that there's no reason to fear saturated fats and theres no reason to fear cholesterol. It is really important to eat fats on the ketogenic diet because most, if not all, of the nutrients that you need come from animals product.
Plant products often have anti nutrients that can actually be unhealthy. So we shouldn't fear ketones because they are beneficial to us. The body thrives on ketones!
